Vonda Sykes's name was attached to the Zillow information regarding the property in which we were interested; she returned the call quickly & was immediately invested in our best interests as a buyer and protecting the seller as well. We had a referral from a family member, but the agent called a few hours too late.

She knows the idiosyncrasies of real estate purchase in the state and county. She has a gentle, accepting nature and quick sense of humor. I felt I could ask her anything and get a straight, helpful answer.

I wasn't thrilled at first to deal with a "big" company; I was afraid we'd be neglected after we signed. No such thing happened, however. I came to feel as though Vonda was our next door neighbor determined to make sure we were cared for. We couldn't be happier!
